History:

We have been selling and servicing typewriters since 1945. When inexpensive electronic machines appeared on the market in the late 1980's, most of the quality disappeared. The older quality equipment will still be functioning long after the new low-end electronic machines are gone.

Some of the features of the electronic machines are handy but, for a label, short note, or form, a good reliable manual typewriter is hard to beat.

It takes about $ 100.00 of cartridge ribbons on the newer electronic typewriters to print the same number of words as a $ 20.00 fabric ribbon on a manual typewriter.
