All of our D Series Commercial products below come with our Exclusive Lifetime Warranty. Our D Series Commercial equipment can be adapted as any other design with the proper options installed.
Because all Eyeleters are designed to be fastened to the work surface to help stabilize the unit during certain eyelet setting operations, we supply each eyeleter with a base for stability. In the case of the D-E Commercial Eyeleter, the force required to set eyelets without a pilot hole may be greater due to the ability to set eyelets in material up to 0.600" thickness (approximately 1/2"). A receiving hole is usually required for work over 1/4-inch. A "receiving hole" must be provided in the materials being eyeleted if a pristine setting of the eyelet is required. In thick materials if a receiving hole is not provided, the force required to set the eyelet may be quite high in addition to causing the material being eyeleted to deform during the eyelet setting process. The Bates Automatic Eyeleter is the only eyeleter that can punch and eyelet in one operation if the material is thin and light enough like up to 15 sheets of paper.

Fastening Devices -- The Bates Automatic Eyeleter and our D-E Commercial Eyeleter sets 3/16" brass eyelets in documents like wills and financial reports to prevent easy modification of these reports. Unlike staples, eyelets can not be easily removed without damage to the reports unlike using staples. Our D-R Commercial Riveter sets 5/32" brass plated steel rivets to accommodate the need for a more secure fastener.
Punching Devices -- Our D-P Commercial Punch is used primarily for punching receiving holes in you work in preparation for an eyeleting or riveting operation.
Extracting Devices -- Our D-X Commercial Extractor removes eyelets from financial reports or wills in order to change one or two pages without the need to reprint the entire document. This extractor removes a previously set eyelet and allows a new eyelet to be seamlessly reinserted in the document package.
Combination Devices -- Our E-P Commercial Eyeleter/Punch has the features of both our D-E Commercial Eyeleter and our D-P Commercial Punch.
